My preschooler loved creating our Sunshine Mother’s Day Card a few weeks ago, so much that she didn’t actually want to give it away as a Mother’s Day Card. Ha! To remedy her sadness, we put together this simple and quick Cupcake Liner Sun Craft for Kids that she could keep on display on our new DIY Children’s Art Gallery Wall. This craft is super simple so even toddlers can enjoy creating it.

yellow cupcake liner yellow buttons (these look similar to what we used) blue cardstock paper googly eyes glue red crayon

Directions:

  1. Start by gluing your yellow cupcake liner on the center of your blue cardstock paper.

  2. Glue yellow buttons as sun rays all around your yellow cupcake liner.

  3. Finish your sun craft by gluing googly eyes onto your sun and drawing a smiley face with your red crayon.
