I’ve recently been working on choosing out paint colors for my daughter’s bedroom and have a handful of paint strips left over. Our spring-like weather has put us in an insect mood this week, so I put together this super simple Dragonfly Craft for kids using a blue paint strip and cupcake liners.
{This post contains affiliate links for your convenience. Read our Disclosure Policy for more information.} Supplies you will need:
blue/turquoise paint strip 4 white cupcake liners googly eyes glue glitter glue
Directions:
Start by gluing two of your cupcake liners in half. Then add a small amount of glue in one corner and glue the other cupcake liner on top of it to make a dragonfly wing. Repeat this step again for your other two cupcake liners.
Glue your wings onto the dragonfly on the second and third paint swatch and then glue your googly eyes on the top of the paint strip.
Finish your dragonfly by decorating the wings with glitter glue.
