Over the last year or so, people have been building up a nice little gym for themselves at home. All home gyms are going to look different since everyone will have different goals and homes to deal with. But they at least have them. TYPES OF WEIGHTED VEST TRAINING

Doing that will get your body nice and ripped.

HOW TO START WEIGHT VEST TRAINING (AND AVOID INJURIES)

There are many elements you need to take into account when you start using weighted vests for the first time.

If you’re new to training wearing a weighted vest then take it light and slow. Personal trainer Darin Hulslander recommends “just taking a long walk with a weight vest. This will tax the back and trap muscles pretty good, since these are the primary stabilizers keeping the vest upright”.

One of the biggest being that you need to have the right posture and form. Because let’s say you are going for pushups and you’re not hitting them right, a weighted vest can mess your back up. Anyone with tight neck muscles, poor posture, or any sort of back history should avoid it until they’ve built up strength and form. Extrapolate that to the entire body and you’re getting on the way.

Cardio: For example, cardio training is going to be different than strength training needs.
